新兴服务出口增长迅速值得注意的是，上半年服务贸易逆差规模较上年同期收窄26.6亿元，这是2010年以来的首次半年度逆差收窄。商务部服贸司副司长李元表示，服务贸易逆差收窄主要有三方面原因：一是上半年我国经济整体运行向好，服务业的快速发展为服务贸易增长奠定了基础；二是服务贸易创新试点取得初步成果，管理体制、促进机制、政策体系、监管模式方面先行先试，形成了系列先进经验；三是各地区努力树立服务贸易优先发展的新理念，大力发展服务出口，特别是新兴服务出口。
